Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. However, we’re happy to provide precise measurements for the waist, back, bust, and length upon request to ensure the best fit. The sizes listed with each piece represent their accurate fit based on our fittings and expertise, which may differ from the size stated on the label.

Return Policy
Claims for incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items so we can address the issue promptly. For any concerns regarding your order, please use the "Contact Us" form in our store menu. Note that we do not accept returns for items due to sizing issues or a change of mind.

Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are only available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items, provided the issues were not disclosed in the item description. If this applies to you, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form in the store’s menu and include photos of the incorrect or damaged items. We’ll be happy to resolve the matter for you.

Please note that all our pieces are second-hand and/or vintage, which means they may show minor signs of wear. Any significant flaws will be clearly stated in the item description. Be sure to read product descriptions thoroughly, as we cannot offer returns or refunds for minor signs of wear. Additionally, refunds are not provided for buyer’s remorse.
